  • For the electronics market, driven by the rise of the IoT and digital transformation, by 2030, 25 billion objects will be equipped with sensors.

 

  • In the water market, more than a third of the drinking water produced is lost in networks, with huge disparities between countries.

 

  • In the energy market, the development of renewable energies ensures a sustainable growth trend for optimizing the management of heating, electricity and public lighting networks.

 

These markets represent considerable development potential, both in France and internationally. Thanks to its contribution to the development of more sustainable living ecosystems with useful, robust and secure connected technologies, LACROIX is a key player in meeting these challenges.

Our strategic plan Leadership 2025

In 2021, we launched our strategic plan Leadership 2025, an ambitious plan aimed at strengthening our leadership position in our markets while ensuring sustainable growth. One of the pillars of this plan is to strengthen our international presence, notably through the expansion of our two strategic activities: Electronics and Environment.

With a focus on positive-impact markets, the Group aims to generate over 70% of its revenue outside France by 2025.

The strategic plan is based on 5 strategic pillars, one of which is to develop our strategic geographical positions through :

  • Developing a strong presence in key markets
  • Combining an industrial and distribution network on 4 continents

A geographical and industrial presence adapted to the challenges of our markets

To meet growing demand in its domestic and international markets, LACROIX has developed an extensive industrial and logistics infrastructure.

LACROIX develops its activities Electronics and Environment locally in its 3 largest or highest-potential markets:

  • France
  • Germany (DACH)
  • North America (USA & Mexico)

 

This presence is reflected in LACROIX’s physical presence through infrastructures and around 5,100 employees worldwide in 2023, as well as an active presence within local ecosystems.

Greater proximity to customers in our markets

In addition to our domestic markets, LACROIX deploys a combination of subsidiaries in adjacent markets to be as close as possible to our customers. This is notably the case in Spain, Italy, Belgium, Saudi Arabia and Singapore for our activity Environment.

LACROIX has the capacity to produce on 4 continents, thanks to industrial footprints that complement our domestic plants. The Kwidzyn (Poland), Zriba (Tunisia) and Juarez (Mexico) plants, as well as the purchasing office based in Shenzhen, provide an optimal compromise between competitiveness and continental supply chains.

The Channel Partner Program: a global distribution strategy

To go even further and develop our positive-impact activities, since 2020 our activity Environment has benefited from an international distribution strategy, enabling us to export our electronic equipment and industrial IoT solutions to more than 30 countries.

The Channel Partner Program is based on the selection, qualification and management of a network of some fifty LACROIX partners in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America and ASEAN.
